Most companies start an AI Integrator engagement without knowing what to expect. They assume it's like an IT project — kick off, configure, hand off, done. It's not. The first 90 days break into three distinct phases. Here's exactly what happens in each one.
What we handle
- Run a structured diagnostic to map how work actually flows in your company — not the org chart version, the real one
- Interview key people in your workflow (typically 2–4 people, 1 hour each)
- Identify where work stalls, where blockers go unnoticed, and which handoffs break most often
- Deliver a written process map and a list of ranked integration targets
What you bring
- Show up for two or three structured interviews — about an hour each
- Give honest answers about what's actually happening (not the polished version)
- Review the process map and tell us where we got it wrong
What we handle
- Configure the tools and connections specific to your workflow (using the tools you already have where possible)
- Deploy the daily operating system — the briefing, the blocker-routing, the feedback loop
- Set up the line between machine work and human work for your specific process
- Run a live test week and fix what breaks
What you bring
- Review the configured system before it goes live — you approve, not us
- Use the system during the test week and report back on what feels wrong
- Designate one person as the internal point of contact for questions and feedback
What we handle
- Monitor the system daily — catch problems before they compound
- Tune based on what the live data shows (not what we assumed at the start)
- Deliver a 90-day report: what improved, what's still open, what we recommend next
What you bring
- Use the daily brief — it surfaces what needs your attention each morning
- Act on what the system flags (a blocker routed to you still needs a human to move it)
- Join a 30-minute monthly check-in — no prep needed
The system is designed to take up as little of your time as possible. We do the monitoring, the tuning, and the maintenance. You do the decisions the system can't make for you.
What you have at Day 90
At the end of 90 days
- A written map of how work actually flows in your company
- A running Throughline — one clear line from your goal to every action, with blockers surfacing the morning they happen, not weeks later
- A documented line between what the system handles and what your team handles
- One named owner for each part of the process
- A 90-day report: what changed, what didn't, and what the next 90 days should focus on
A few things worth saying upfront
The diagnostic interviews are the most important part of this whole process. If the wrong people are in the room or they're not being candid, the map is wrong and everything downstream is wrong. We'd rather slow down Phase 1 than rush it.
Days 30–60 usually surface at least one thing neither of us expected. That's normal. A live system shows you things a diagnostic interview can't. We plan for this — it's built into the timeline.
Nothing goes live without your approval. You review every configured workflow before it runs. The system works for you, not around you.
Ready to start Day 1?
The diagnostic is free and takes about an hour. We'll map your situation and tell you whether this is the right move for your company.
